Hi, I’m Stephanie, a Certified Spinal Flow Practitioner and the founder of Flow Into Wellness.
My journey into healing began in the medical field, where I’ve spent years working in radiology as a CT technologist. In that role, I see firsthand how much the body holds onto stress, pain, trauma, and tension often long after the original injury or life event has passed. While modern medicine plays an important role, I felt there was something missing: a gentle way to help the body truly reset and heal from within.
Like many people, I began seeking answers beyond symptom management. That search led me to the nervous system—the master control of the body—and eventually to Spinal Flow® Technique.
Spinal Flow resonated deeply with me because it is non-invasive, gentle, and respectful of the body’s innate intelligence. Instead of forcing change, it works by releasing stored stress along the spine, allowing the nervous system to reconnect and the body to access its own healing potential. I saw not only physical shifts, but emotional and energetic changes as well greater ease, balance, and a sense of calm returning to the body.
Today, through Flow Into Wellness, I help guide others back to that same sense of connection and flow. Every body is different, and healing is not a one-size-fits-all process. My role is to create a safe, supportive space where your nervous system can unwind, adapt, and do what it knows best.
